Producing Sales Manager (PSM) at Griffin Funding, Inc.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Producing Sales Manager to join our Sales department at Griffin Funding, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations

  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Manage 6–8+ SLOs while producing personally. Focus on helping LOs structure and close Non-QM files, ensure high conversion, and coach ISAs and LOs on consultative sales strategies for investors and self-employed borrowers.

  1. Team Funded Volume (SLOs):
    Target: 40–60 funded loans/month
    Primary measure of coaching and sales management effectiveness. 

    1. Second voice calls to help SLOs close more business

    2. Monitoring calls to help SLOs close more business

  2. Personal Funded Volume:
    Target: 5–8 funded loans/month
    Maintains production credibility and impact.

  3. Lock-to-STP Conversion Rate:
    Target: 80%
    Indicates sales process efficiency and loan structuring quality.

  4. CRM Compliance Rate (Team):
    Target: 100% completion of required activities
    Enforces disciplined follow-up and transparency.

  5. Weekly 1:1s and Pipeline Reviews Held:
    Target: 100% completion with each LO
    Ensures accountability and individual performance tracking.

Pay:

  • $70,000 to $300,000
