We’re opening a fast-tracked position in our San Diego office designed for a high-potential individual looking to grow into a top-producing Loan Officer. This role is a hybrid between an LOA and an LO, and is ideal for someone who is coachable, detail-oriented, and hungry to master the business from the inside out. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident working with clients, has great attention to detail, and thrives in both the sales and support side of the mortgage process.

You’ll be working closely with a high-performing Loan Officer to keep deals moving, clients informed, and the entire process smooth from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Licensed LO with 6–18 months of experience (MUST BE IN SAN DIEGO)

  • Have experience with lead intake, scripting, client pipeline, and loan structuring  

  • Performance-based growth path toward full production

  • Competitive base/ hourly + bonus with a clear upward trajectory- this needs to be sorted 

  • This role is ideal for someone who’s confident working with clients, has great attention to detail, and thrives in both the sales and support side of the mortgage process

  • You’ll be working closely with a high-performing Loan Officer to keep deals moving, clients informed, and the entire process smooth from start to finish

  • Communicate with borrowers, realtors, and title companies to provide timely updates and support

  • Manage pre-approval files and collect necessary documentation from clients

  • Support front-end sales efforts including scheduling consultations and follow-ups

  • Assist with loan submissions, pipeline tracking, and managing CRM systems

  • Keep files organized, compliant, and moving efficiently through processing

  • Act as a liaison between borrowers and processors/underwriters

  • Handle back-end tasks like condition gathering, file updates, and status reporting

  • Maintain detailed notes and clear communication throughout the loan lifecycle
